Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains return and refund handling for MingMart Home orders operated by MINGGUANG TRADING LIMITED.

Return Requests

Please contact us before returning any item. Return requests should include the order number, product name, reason for return and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Items

Unused, unopened and resalable household goods may be eligible for return after approval. Items damaged by misuse, normal wear or customer handling may not qualify.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Shipping fees, customs charges and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly with photos of the package and product so we can review the case.
